Our fastboat transfer was all inclusive; pick up from Bali accommodation, boat transfer, transfer to NL accommodation and vice versa with a drop off at next Bali accommodation. For our "tour" of NL we paid IDR500,000 for 3 hours in an open sided bone shaking truck.
